Its mechanical products include primarily gears and gearboxes, marine transmissions, automotive transmissions, manual valve actuators, and electrical connectivity devices. In February 2013, it acquired RAM motor business. In November 2013, Regal Beloit Corporation closed on the acquisition of Cemp, s.r.l. In December 2013, Regal Beloit Corp acquired CEMP International SpA.
